Clinical psychologist and sexologist
I accompany adults and couples through times when something feels blocked, is too much to bear, or has stopped working as it used to.
In therapy, I'm not just looking to alleviate discomfort, but to understand what's behind it: how you think, what you feel, what patterns repeat and why.
My goal is to promote self-awareness and offer practical tools that help improve quality of life. I work from a relatable, empathetic approach tailored to each individual.

SPECIALISATION AND UPDATING
Member of the Psychology and Sexology Working Group of the Official College of Psychology of Western Andalusia (COPAO). Specialised training in female sexual health and the therapeutic use of sexuality. Continuous professional development through courses, clinical supervision, and advanced training.
